1. Are your boards food safe?
Yes. All boards are finished with a food-safe, non-toxic sealant suitable for serving food. They are safe for cheese boards, snacks, and general serving.
2. How do I care for my product?
Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth after use. Do not soak, or use in a dishwasher. No harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges should be used. Treat wooden areas occasionally with food-safe mineral oil. 3. What are these boards used for?
These pieces are made for everyday use and special occasions. From serving snacks to styling a beautiful table, they combine function and beauty. Most boards are dual-purpose, with one side for serving or display and the other for chopping. They also make thoughtful gifts for weddings, housewarmings, bridal parties, and special celebrations.
4. Can I customise my order with engraving?
Yes, we offer personalization. Add a name, date, or meaningful message with optional laser engraving — perfect for weddings, housewarmings, birthdays, and special celebrations.
Please ensure spelling and punctuation are correct when placing your order, as engraving will be completed exactly as provided.

5. How long does my order take?
All items are handmade to order. Production takes 5 working days, after which your order is dispatched. Delivery time depends on your location and courier service. Tracking details are provided once shipped.
6. Will my board look exactly like the photos?
Each piece is handmade, so no two are identical. We aim to match the style, tones, and design shown, but natural wood grain and resin flow will always vary slightly. This is what makes every board unique.
